Jaden initially had an interest in football but discovered his talent for track and field under Coach Kenrick Williams. In 2022, he began professional conditioning with Gregory Seale and the Movement Mechanics team. The comprehensive services provided by Movement Mechanics, including strength and conditioning, massage therapy, physiotherapy, mental development, and nutrition, significantly contributed to Jaden's success.
In just two years, Jaden achieved personal bests of 10.57 seconds in the 100M and 21.92 seconds in the 200M. He represented Trinidad & Tobago at the 2022 CARIFTA Games and the World Athletics U-20 Championships, excelling in both individual and relay events. Despite an injury in 2023, Movement Mechanics adjusted his training to prepare him for the 2024 season. Jaden and his family express immense gratitude for the support and guidance provided by the Movement Mechanics team.
Gregory Seale and his team at Movement Mechanics have been the best support and pillar of strength to my daughter Jordane Dookie, top national tennis player. A true team player, collaborator and addition to my daughter and her team. Professional and great to work with, Gregory is quite knowledgeable, adaptable and understands the goals set by her coach. He helps to keep Jordane motivated and accountable with the effective training and implementation of the proper techniques, routines, and exercise tailored to her specific needs and sport.
Over the three years at Movement Mechanics, I have observed the increased strength, confidence, and a boost in her performance and individual endurance. She has an increased work capacity and ability to perform at her best during both local and international tournaments. I couldn’t be prouder to have my daughter be a part of the Movement Mechanics team and I am truly grateful for the support that has led to her success story.

Joshua Arajo-Wilson's journey with Movement Mechanics began in 2016 as part of an 8-month program to enhance the performance of the core players of Fatima College's football team. This initial experience evolved into an 8-year relationship that fostered his passion for understanding how the human body works and adapts for high performance in sports. Training under Gregory Seale and his staff inspired Joshua to pursue a career in Kinesiology and Sport Performance, leading to a football scholarship at Jacksonville University, where he earned a Bachelor's in Kinesiology and a Minor in Coaching. Joshua continues to train with Movement Mechanics as he prepares for professional football in Trinidad and works towards obtaining his NASM-CPT certification with Gregory's guidance.
My name is Michel Poon-Angeron, and I have been training at Movement Mechanics since the age of 14. The training and advice I received have tremendously improved my game over the years. Throughout my high school career, I became noticeably more mobile and explosive each year, which prepared me for a seamless transition to Argentina. Thanks to the foundation set by Movement Mechanics and Gregory Seale, I was ready to take on the high intensity and demands of the game in Argentina. I played with both the under-19 and reserve teams during my time in Argentina, before returning home due to COVID-19.
Throughout the pandemic, I stayed disciplined as opportunities to play and compete at a high level were few and far between. Gregory ensured I remained prepared, which eventually bore fruit when I made my senior men’s international debut in 2021 at the age of 19. Since then, I have amassed 15 caps and currently play with one of the dominant teams in Trinidad, AC Port of Spain. Still in hungry pursuit of playing abroad, I continue to train and follow supplemental protocols from Movement Mechanics that keep me at the top of my game.
Gregory has been working with me since 2009. At that time, I had ankle surgery which was my first major injury that kept me off the field for nine months. I needed to be ready for the upcoming England series and Gregory was instrumental in preparing me for this. I consider Gregory the one of the most reliable trainers I trust with my development. I believe Gregory's qualifications and work are unparalleled in the country. I owe my long-lasting career to Gregory's help, and I have immense gratitude. Every time I return home, Gregory is the first person I contact for training sessions. I fully endorse Gregory wholeheartedly and wish him continued success.
My name is Jordane Dookie, I am the top female tennis player in Trinidad and Tobago, and I am writing in support of my personal trainer, Gregory Seale, and Movement Mechanics. I have been with Movement Mechanics for over 3 years now to improve my training and development. In those 3 years, I have been able to raise my tennis game and take it to the next level. Gregory’s focused and comprehensive strength and conditioning program has elevated my game immensely. Before I joined Movement Mechanics I had just begun to compete internationally and quickly realized that I had to get stronger to go head-to-head with the top players. His approach has shown me the importance of both on-court and off-court work in becoming the best. Thanks to Movement Mechanics, I can truly perform at the highest level now and continue to reach new heights.
Since 2019, I've been training at Movement Mechanics to improve my strength and conditioning for tennis. Gregory created training programs that not only improved my performance on the court but also boosted my overall fitness. The team at Movement Mechanics are always supportive and the environment makes every session motivating. I highly recommend Movement Mechanics to anyone serious about their fitness and sports performance.
