Ideal for aspiring athletes typically aged 10-16 years old, though individual readiness is key.
Participants should have a basic understanding of bodyweight exercises and be comfortable with structured physical activity. No prior lifting experience is required, as proper technique is a core focus.
This is a moderate-to-high intensity program with dynamic movements and controlled impact. It involves progressive strength training, bodyweight exercises, and some foundational plyometrics. All exercises will have modifications to suit individual abilities.
We strongly advise a consultation with a healthcare provider before beginning any new intensive exercise program, especially for young athletes. Please ensure you have received medical clearance for participation.
Consistent attendance is crucial for maximizing results in this progressive 8-week program.
