This program is designed for new mothers looking to safely and effectively regain fitness.
Vaginal Birth: Recommended for mothers at least 6 weeks postpartum, with clearance from your healthcare provider.
C-Section: Recommended for mothers at least 12 weeks postpartum, with clearance from your healthcare provider.
This is a low-impact, moderate-intensity program. Exercises are carefully designed to be gentle on your joints and focus on deep core engagement. Modifications will always be provided to suit individual needs and comfort levels.
We strongly advise you to consult your doctor or physical therapist before beginning any new exercise program, especially postpartum. Please ensure you have received medical clearance for exercise.
Your instructor will guide you, but please communicate immediately if you experience any pain, pressure, or discomfort during exercises.

Our 6-week Postpartum Recovery program features two 1-hour sessions per week, with four convenient sessions to choose from. You'll select your preferred days during booking.
